I was not 100% impressed with the job (small roof repair, attic fan replacement) from the start. The individuals doing the work tried to cut several corners while doing the work. Ok, no huge deal. My real point of scepticism was when they asked me for my wifi code so they could google how to wire in the new attic fan. I ended up doing myself out of a lack of trust in their skills to do so. I originally did not plan on writing a review but recently found the old attic fan, box for the new fan, and large pieces of plywood that came out of my roof simply thrown in the woods in my backyard.

I had several contractors come to give me an estimate. Deryk and Robert were calm, answered all of my questions and I ended up hiring them. In the past I had horrible luck with contractors. (Stolen money, jobs not completed, bad craftsmanship, etc.)
So I was very hesitant to hire anyone. But their price was fair, they were local, and had good reviews. I checked with MHIC and they had a great record there too.
They completed the job as specified. Hector was great and his crew were efficient and professional.

John and crew were great. Not only did they have the best price, but they scheduled the roof a week later, and got the work knocked out in less than a day. They did a good job cleaning up, there were a few nails here and there and some stuff in the attic, but we had a too big ridge vent so quite a bit of that was unavoidable. The best part was John was able to give the GAF 50 year warranty on the roof for less than competitors. The roof looks so good.

From the beginning John was very easy to work with, none of the games ie. hit em high see what they say, straight forward best price out the gate. That being said best price doesn’t mean the best job. However in this case they not only gave a very reasonable price but also did an OUTSTANDING JOB!!!!! The crew was very professional and everything was left clean, which is not an easy task when you have a total roof removal and replacement. We also had 5 skylights removed and replaced figuring this was probably the right time to do it. If you are in need of a roof do yourself a favor and call 800

These guys were great. My husband and I just recently bought a new house that needed some work. Of course it needed a new roof. We called around and got a bunch of quotes and these guys were the best price around. Ran into a few little, minor hick ups with the removal of sky lights, I should point out that these hick ups were out of anyones control, situation was handled professionally and quickly. Communication from the job foreman John is awesome. He's a really down to earth guy that makes sure you know he is there to do a job and not take advantage of you. Highly recommend 888-roofers.
