The good: Squeezed in our roof repair before winter and did a quality job.
The bad: Crystal told us our roof repair costs had been approved by our insurance company before work began. 6 months after repairs were complete, she said they didn't confirm repair costs with insurance and we were on the hook for > $4,000 insurance wouldn't cover. I contacted the owner and shared a phone recording with Crystal where she started costs were approved by insurance. I didn't receive an apology or assurance she would be retrained, I was told to pay the bill and they left it at that. The end result wasn't worth

WOW , you don’t get even close to that kind of customer service anymore.
He went above and beyond to get my roof re-shingled.
He started out by spending an impressive amount of time on evaluating the roof and all that needed to be replaced due to hail damage. Then he insisted on meeting the insurance representative here to discuss the findings. I am sure without him I would not have received
a full roof replacement. He is also organizing a complicated problem of fixing a one-piece porch roof and gutter

I would never do business with a company where an employee walks up to my house, sees a no soliciting sign, chooses to ignore it and says “I can’t read.” Then continues to knock and ring my doorbell. If you can’t respect the homeowners request, it doesn’t give me any confidence that your employees would be respectful on a project. Oh and the swearing is not appropriate in my book either. Do they not know that there are cameras everywhere and that they can continue to record after you walk away?

Estate Claim Services replaced my roof and did so in under one day. Their crew was highly proficient and worked well together. The Project Manager, Jake, was very professional and even offered what was essentially a no cost upgrade to a ridge vent that is esthetically better and will keep my home better ventilated. Our sales rep, Chad, was terrific to work with from start to finish. I highly recommend Estate claim Services!

Jim F at Estate Claim was amazing to work with. Our project was very long and we had several unique aspects to solve - including solar panels - before we could begin. But Jim managed the whole process and the team that actually replaced the roof was incredible. Really great to work with. I highly recommended Jim and the company.

Estate Claims was awesome! Crystal and Irving stopped by my house while I was in my yard and offered to do an inspection for hail damage. I did not expect them to find anything, but to my surprise they found damage to my older roof, windows, and other parts of my house.
They then worked with my insurance company and contractors to ensure all damages were repaired and costs covered. I could not be happier with the efforts of Crystal and Irving throughout the process and were it not for them informing me of damage, I would not have gotten a new roof and windows. Thanks Crystal and Irving!

Crystal was so helpful with getting our claim processed from start to finish! She was able to get our claim processed after 2 others could not. Crystal was always available when I needed any answers to questions regarding my claim day or night and is extremely professional. The process was seamless and quick. The quality of their work is excellent and they diligent in making sure that quality materials and labor are being used, and that all work was being performed per their quality standards.
