Was born out of a vision past down from father to son. With over 23 years of experience Willie Jenkins Jr. Started CPI to finish what his father started. A construction/ remodeling business that focuses on the customer's satisfaction, and bottom line. We started out approx. 26 years ago as a residential remodeling company. We specialized in kitchen and bathroom remodeling. Our start in those two areas, gave us the skillset to move into many areas of construction, due to the many types of construction that are involved in those two areas. We pride ourselves in our ability to take something thats outdated, and being able to give it new life.
CPI- REO / Banks, Investors, Realtors, Property Managers, Landlords, Homeowners, we offer a wide variety of maintenance, repair and turn over services to our clients. We specialize in turn key maintenance, with emphasis on bottom line results. We have low cost highly effective solutions to all of your property management needs.
CPI- Remodeling & insurance repairs- We are focused on top notch quality remodeling and repairs. Removed old outdated counter top, and replaced with new more modern counter top, with backsplash and sink. Cabinets were stained and new appliance and fixtures were added. CPI- Works on public works projects. We perform repairs, maintenance, remodeling and new construction types of projects. We performed the GIPP project for the Southern California Gas Company. This project was a city wide infrastructure update of the bollards, that protect the gas meters, for commercial applications.
