We have successfully completed many projects in the Upper Valley of New Hampshire and Vermont. In the Spring of 2019, Peachtree Builders opened a second location in Shelburne, VT.

From our first meeting with Richard to our last meeting with Grahame we were extremely impressed with how professional, responsive and reliable the entire Peachtree team have been. The entire project went very smoothly and we were consulted every step of the way. The work to our home has been stunning. We had a major renovation completed - added front and back dormers to our cape, and a new mudroom/entry built - and we lived on the first floor the entire time the project was going on. Earlier this year I contacted Peachtree regarding replacing the windows in my house in Hanover, NH. They never answered their phone. So after a few tries, I left a message asking that they contact either myself or my tenants. It took three weeks to get a call back. When I finally did get called back, I asked that they contact my tenants so they could go to the house, see what needed to be done, and give me a firm estimate. As of this date, three weeks later, they have contacted neither myself nor my tenants. What a bunch of unprofessional jerks.

Peachtree Builders did a superb job insulating our house and making structural changes. Richard Nelson has a top-notch crew of skilled carpenters with years of experience, and a network of plumbers and electricians he calls upon should the need arise. He was always right there for us. No phone call ever went unanswered. There was no blaring of boom boxes, no dumping of trash that was never cleaned up. Best of all, the work ended up costing exactly what they estimated. A month later, we called Richard with a few follow-up questions and he answered the same day. This was the best construction experience
