Second time we've had our floors refinished and the difference was night and day! Floor Pros had a reasonable rate, did an excellent job on our exotic hardwood floors, finished on time and even kept the dust and dirt in our kitchen to a minimum. (Versus Sunshine who totally botched the job, took two weeks longer than promised, and left the house and walls a total wreck).
Mark was terrific and easy to work with. I couldn't sing his/their praises any louder.

Echo all positive comments. Mark was quick to respond and give us a quote. He had good recommendations. Work quality was excellent. I only gave four stars because there was apparently a communication glitch about doing part of the hallway. Mark and his team took care of this quickly and with minimal affect on our schedules. If you are going to move out of the house when they are working, I definitely recommend having someone close up after they leave.

I don't often do reviews because one expects when hiring a service provider things will be done right. In the case of Floor Pros, I really felt compelled to draw attention to the beautiful work they have done on my home. I first hired them a couple of years ago to remove the carpeting on my stairs, landing, and upstairs hall and to install oak flooring. They not only did a meticulous job on the flooring, but the baseboard moldings enhanced my staircase and really look great!

Really disappointed as I'd read great reviews here! I called to request a quote - on their website, it states "call for a free estimate." I specifically asked for an estimated installation or cost per square foot to replace an existing hardwood floor (minus materials as I understand that is highly dependent on the specific flooring you choose). The gentleman I spoke with refused to provide any sort of information and each question was answered with "I can't give you any information without seeing it in person." I asked if he could give me a range, or an average for

Mark was quick to respond and great to work with on our estimate to refinish our floors in the front of our house. He worked around our schedule for an appointment, was on time, and took all the right COVID precautions.
Once the big day came to refinish the floors, Tyler and his crew showed up on time and did a fantastic job on our floors. We have many small details around the doors and they meticulously hand sanded all the corners to perfection. The floors look brand new now.
We are looking forward to refinishing the rest of house with them in the near future!

Mark came by to check out the floor on a condo I just purchased and was direct and honest with his assessment: I didn't need to pay for refinishing, my floors were great with the exception of some minor scratches and wear and tear that I could repair on my own, and that they'd probably last me for years in its current state. He recommended a cleaner to bring back some of its original shine and encouraged me to move-in and enjoy my new place! Although I didn't get to hire his company I will definitely be recommended them to friends/family after such a positive experience.

Floor Pros were recommended by a friend in the trades. I had a floor in need of refinishing (it had been scuffed pretty hard by my son the tap dancer), and Mark's team did a beautiful job. During the pandemic, I decided to spruce up the room off my garage that had been a "tap studio" for several years with a little paint and some new storage bins. The floor was the biggest job, and I was very pleased with the way it turned out. Looks as good as the day it was installed, and makes using the room for exercise and yoga a real pleasure. Happy to recommend these guys!

As detailed in my original review, Floor Pros was incapable of providing customer service over the phone.
Also: odd they imply they're an establishment with more than a couple of men manning the phones and monitoring conversations! You'd think their resources would be put toward flooring but they sit around listening to attempts like mine to get service-related answers?

I found these guys on Angies List and they did an incredible job. They were the first ones to call me back, came by shortly after and gave a very reasonable quote. They were able to accommodate my need for a Sunday start day (salon business!) and they delivered on all fronts. Mark was my point man and he was an expert at keeping me informed and my stress levels in check when we ran into issues ( they found a leak in a pipe in my walls!) This threw a bunch of curve balls for me and for his workers but they kept working hard while I also coordinated plumbers to work on the leak at the same time

Mark was fantastic in helping usher my 90 year old mother through the process of replacing old wall-to-wall carpet with hardwood. He had the patience of a saint while she hemmed and hawed over which product to choose. He was quick and professional about doing the measuring and quote. He dealt perfectly with the HOA at her condo and jumping through all their rules and hoops. The installation team was great and Mom felt comfortable with how respectful they were. The team made sure that all of her concerns and questions were addressed. The whole experience was a pleasure...and the results are

FANTASTIC SERVICE AND PRICE! We had water damage on my floors and a baby due in 3 weeks! I was freaking out about getting the job done. My previous realtor recommended Floor Pros. We've used them now on three different projects. The first project was to resand and stain our floors in our home. The second project was to install new hard wood floors into one of our rental units and the last time was to resand the wood floors in the rental unit after the tenant left deep scratches to the wood floors.
Jason was our first point of contact for our home. The floors looked beautiful and he sent his team back multiple times to make sure that all the boards met our expectations and that there was no damage to walls.

Floor pros came to the rescue when I needed repair work done rather quickly in 2 rooms of my flat after an irresponsible tenant vacated.
James, and the crew that did the job were fair and professional from estimate to completion.
Work was done on schedule and within quote. They also returned a week later at my request to get a better match to the finish of the surrounding boards (we're talking original 1942 floors here).
I would not hesitate to hire them again.
