As someone who was a first time home buyer and new to the process of contracting I felt Nova Build Pros was a contractor I could trust from the get go. I was looking to get my roof replaced and my exterior painted. Their quote was great and the workmanship was excellent. I don’t think I’ve ever had such a shockingly bad experience with any company before in my life. These people make Comcast look like exemplars of customer service and competence. They were actually very responsive and helpful — up until the moment I signed the $25k contract, at which point they just disappeared.

Bill and his crew did an excellent job. They were reliable and showed up when they said they would and met all their deadlines. The work is impeccable, the team is polite and friendly and they even took on some nuisance jobs usually done by a handyman, all without complaint. Fair pricing for the work. I recommend them.

I worked with Greg of NOVA Build Pros to design and build a third car garage addition onto my home. I could not be happier with the way it turned out. It matches my existing home perfectly! Greg worked the project from start to finish. Greg was always nearby keeping an eye on the subcontractors... but that was not really needed as they all did a superb job. I received four other estimates before I received one from NOVA Build Pros... NOVA Build Pros were quite a bit cheaper than the others... I was a little concerned at first but I must say that they far exceeded my expectations in every way!

Less then thrilled with this company. We had an appointment scheduled for Thursday at 4pm. Greg called my husband and said due to inspectors, he didn't think he could make it......he then proceeds to tell us he has another appt at 5pm and so he is canceling ours to make that one. Seriously??? Then promises to call Saturday morning to stop by....guess what, never heard a word. Steer clear. They clearly don't care about customer service.

I had a building project with Nova Build Pros. From the very first meeting with Greg, things have gone incredibly smooth. He was upfront and fair with his estimate and has walked us through the entire process and made it an easy one for us. I’ll feel very comfortable in choosing them again for future projects. The level of customer service we received was much appreciated and hard to match.

I made an appointment with this company for an estimate and they never showed up. I called them and they said we were not on their schedule and they apologized and I decided to give them another chance and made another appointment and they didn't show up as well. I am extremely disappointed and will not be going with them when they can't even show up for the estimate. Beware of this company.

Gator and Bill were superb to work with and the vision of the new Mount Vernon house couldn't have come together without them. My wife and I always adored the backyard, but the inside needed some work, like for our writing area. This comment from the builder is a perfect example of the issues in my review. Yes, the builder should come informed. I expect the builder to know building codes etc. and it is certainly fine to express concerns and/or questions TO ME of my HOA requirements. However, the very details listed in this comment are inaccurate. I do not want two structures. This builder did not have a single meeting or conversation with me or even email exchange about my project, location, or what I wanted yet took it upon themselves to communicate their INACCURATE ASSUMPTIONS to my HOA and put me in the position

I could not be any less pleased with the service provided by Chris and Bill. I had a fence and deck put on our brand new home last year, and we asked for specific specs for both. We ordered upgraded iron spindles with decorative knots, they installed some plain cheap aluminum spindles with no knots, and told us AFTER they installed them that they made the call but are going to charge us the same amount, (the ones we wanted, and paid for cost WAY more).
