Called John for some services and asked to see if there was a cheaper rate to accommodate with what I have and John told me “you’re too poor for these services” so I went in person the place was a mess. It smelled like he hasn’t kept up with it for years. When I got there I saw he had a German Shepard who was outside in 99 degree weather with no access to food and water. I was shocked and livid. I took some pictures to show animal control to show how horrible this John person is! And how is helping saying the dog has food access and water which the dog doesn’t! John, why have a dog outside

Excellent service if you need any kind of repairs commercial or residential these are the people to go to.I called over five different companies and none of them were able to get back to me within the deadline that I needed, KIM Iron Works was able to get an estimator out the same day and workers out within two days . Fence repair was just as described. Customer service Is excellent as well. Very good company overall.

Kim's Iron Works has been in business in the same location of Fullerton for as long as I can remember - well over thirty years. They do quality work. I had Kim fabricate iron stair rails for my home a few years back. I also hired them to install iron gates on my property this past year. I am overall pleased with their work and competitive price point. I have also recommended them to my friends.

Kim Iron Works doesn't stand behind their work. They say on the invoice that they don't guarantee paint. That's because their paint won't even last one rainy season. I posted pix - but they'll take them down. Installed March 2016, after 1 rainy season, there is rust at almost every knuckle and every weld.
There were problems from the get go. Salesman was Mike - he no longer works there - fired according to their operations guy, Moreno, who tried to blame him for the poor quality of the work:
