I called to have them come to look at my leaking dishwasher. They arrived at the time scheduled, but did not have the part needed to repair it. They ordered the part, and a week later came to replace it. After replacing the part the technician did not check to see if it was fixed and left. My husband started the dishwasher and it was still leaking. We called and had them come out again to fix it. The technician came out again that night to look at it, and stayed until it stopped leaking. Arthur repaired our LG fridge under a warranty request. Communication about scheduling was great, and I received texts day of when Arthur was headed to my house. He arrived at the start of the repair window I was told, and completed a full compressor replacement in just shy of two hours. Very pleased! Arthur installed our mini split system exactly as we specified. He is top notch in attitude, knowledge, work ethic and is a pretty nice guy as well. We initially had some issues with our system but Arthur stayed with it until he found the problem and made it right. We cannot say enough about how pleased we are with Arthur Workman. He is your go to guy for whatever your HVAC needs are.

Arthur is top notch! He has repaired our heater, air conditioning unit, refrigerator, and stove top. You name it and he has fixed it for us. He is always professional, friendly, punctual, responsive, and does excellent work all for a reasonable price. It is so uncommon these days to find someone that runs a business in such an organized manner. He sends appointment reminders, you can track his location as he is headed to your house, and he can send you an electronic copy of your receipt if you wish. Arthur and everyone working with Arthur are honest, professional, prepared, knowledgeable and kind. Arthur should be a part of the holiday celebrations at this point. This is the man to use! Mr. Workman has his business set up and running like a top--you'll get a text confirming your appointment, and then even a "track their arrival" link on the day of the appointment so you can see EXACTLY when he's going to arrive! Incredibly convenient! And the man knows what he's doing for the repairs--he's worked on our refrigerators in the past, and clothes washer this time... he's the best!
