As President / Owner, Jeff Rayford is responsible for developing its organizational structure, employment hiring, marketing, business development and defining the short and long-term goals for the company. Jeff Rayford also retired from the Air Force in 1998 and qualifies as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB).
Capable of project management to include field oversight from conception through completion of closeout documents. Experienced in demolition, abatement of asbestos containing materials, concrete testing & reporting for moisture content, mitigation, and placement of finishes. We are experienced with Design / Build projects both for new construction and renovations.
All Tuskegee employees take safety seriously and put it ahead of all other concerns on the job site. This focus is evident by our Zero "0" Accident Rate to date and our Workers Compensation Experience Modifier, which was reduced to.90 in 2019. We also received the 2017 Subcontractor Safety Performance Award Jacobs for our work over 1,000 hours performed at NASA Langley without a safety incident.
