At the time Luis was 27 years old and had worked hands on roofs and siding since he was 16 years old with his father. After working for a few roofing companies, and one Insurance Company as a claims adjuster; with 11 years of experience under his belt he founded Klein Roofing. Believing he could use his expertise in both sides of the industry to help both homeowners and Insurance companies in the claims process.
Luis Sanchez is the founder and CEO of Klein Roofing. He has over two decades of experience in the residential and commercial roofing industry. He is involved in all aspects of the business. They were very patient with me since my HOA was involved in getting approval of shingle and that took about 30 days to go through their process. Don’t ever use this company, stay as far away as possible. Not only did they up the price before they finished the job, one of the workers fell through the roof and thought it was funny. Then the county come to inspect the roof and it failed, saying that they put the wrong roof on. Our roof still leaks and the room still had no ceiling, and of course they won’t answer the phone or call anyone back when you leave a message. They remind me of a fly by “company” taking advantage of elderly people on a fixed income.

These folks are awesome. They were in and out of our house in 3 days. At first, I wasn't too sure what to expect from these folks because when they initially started my yard looked like a bomb had gone off but once I was back from a late lunch on the same day the shingles were all gone. They picked up all the mess and nails. This is my 3rd time having a new roof installed due to weather and by far these guys are the best and friendliest.
