Our service person was Nick, who came out to fix our Whirlpool washer. He was very personable and respectful in answering our questions, then got right to work in figuring out what the problem was. He did have to come back after a few days with the needed part but successfully fixed our washer! Good service from the moment I contacted this business.

After having some issues I have to say that I believe that if Mike was not sick & was at work to over see problems there would have been no issues at all. Since he has been back to work he has made every attempt to make it right with me. I'm very happy that my refrigerator is working refunded money & gave me 1 year warranty. I have to say that Mike went above & beyond in my opinion to make it right. I appreciate his concern to take the time that's what I call great customer service!

We contacted this company to fix our ice maker in the refrigerator since it was not making ice. After six scheduled visits, the technicians could not fix the problem. Finally, they gave us a new ice maker which did not work. They wanted us to pay for the new ice maker. We told them that it did not make ice and they were welcome to come and pick it up. They never complied with our request. We requested that they refund us for the $288.38 we paid for their services and they did not refund us. We filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau on them and it is currently under review. This company

They came out to repair my refrigerator. It was the owner and one of his workers. I had an emotional response to how the owner spoke to his employee. The owner was condescending and overly negative toward his employee. As I listened to the interaction happening in my kitchen, I felt sickened. I almost scolded the man and asked them both to leave. I kept my place instead. The owner then diagnosed my refrigerator as repairable and told me I'd need a part. I paid for said part and repair. A week later the employee returned and installed the part. It didn't work. I then went through hell

So I called at 8 am to get a fridge repair. I was told they should arrive between 12-5.
Someone called at 12 saying they would be here in 20 minutes. We waited. Considering we live far from most businesses, we were patient.
Then we found a card left on our door.
I called the original number that I called this morning, 702 930 2032, and spoke to the same lady and told her the man simply left his card.
She said she would check on things and never called back. When we called again, they didn't answer.

First of all, I'm an absentee owner. I called Appliance Repair Experts to have a dishwasher fixed. The repairman showed up and handled the call. He was dealing with difficult tenants inside of the house but he kept it professional. Then he came back to the house and he then completed the work. I appreciate the patience, empathy, and compassion. Those are traits that you can't find in a lot of businesses, but this one has it. I'd call them for any of my future appliance repair needs.

Thank you for taking care of my (elderly) in laws! Their refrigerator's circuit board(s) went out suddenly causing the compressor to stop working thereby rendering their refrigerator inoperable.
A call was placed and within 4 hours 'Zack responded and diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately the needed part had to be ordered. It was promised within 2 days and exactly as promised Zack returned with the new part and Boom! Refrigerator working again.
We and my in laws are very grateful for the great service and quick response with proper safety protocols.

My washer decide to break so I called this company for a repair. I was happy that they got me in the next day with a 5 hour window 12-5 on when they would arrive and an $80 service fee. Mike arrived at about 2 with a mask on and spent 5 min evaluating the washer. He deduced that the gear box was the issue and gave a verbal quote of about $400 to fix it. With that kinda money we had to think about the options, repair v replacement and asked for a written estimate. Was pleased with the service offered but never got the estimate that he said would be emailed to me hence the 4 stars.

I called Appliance Repair Experts after scheduling an appointment with another company because the other company did not show-up. The first visit was for my dryer to see why it was not heating-up. they found the problem and ordered the part. When they came to install the part they said one of the reasons the heater failed is because the ducts needed to be cleaned or the same thing would happen again. I called on a Friday for help replacing the metal vent inside the dryer drum. No one seemed to know what I was asking for so I was put on hold, transferred and scheduled for the upcoming week then transferred again. I had previously purchased the part from the company who made the dryer however it was huge and not something I felt comfortable replacing.

We recently had a good experience with this company concerning replacement of a broken light bulb in our Whirlpool refrigerator that we were unable to remove ourselves. The masked technician arrived within the prescribed window of time; and was friendly and very efficient in successfully completing the needed work within 10 minutes, which included temporarily removing the partial covering of the refrigerator near the water and ice dispenser. I was perfectly okay with the $79.95 callout fee, but thought charging us a total amount of $150 was a bit steep--especially when we provided the replacement

I had the absolute pleasure of having Mike and Carl come work on my ancient oven. The thing is older than I am and I'm in my 40s. So I figured it would be a sorry ma'am you need a new oven.
