Established in 1993, Final Grade, Inc. has been providing the highest quality of demolition, erosion control, site excavation and clearing to many companies, contractors, and builders. Our services have been successfully used in commercial, residential, multi-family / homeowner's association projects, both large and small.
From bidding to completion, my experience with Final Grade was exceptional. Likely the best experience I've ever had with any construction process! I had a large concrete pool removed as well as a surrounding fence, pool house and sidewalk. Final Grade had a very fair bid and completed the work with efficiency and stayed on budget.
Final Grade has always had a great name in the community so it was easy for me to use them on my own project. Due to the technical nature of the project it took ingenuity and creativity to make it all come together. My landscape turned out amazing and I cannot thank them enough. Final Grade was always available for a phone call for questions and comments.
From start to clean-up working with Final Grade was a great positive experience, the end result is beautiful, and they were the nicest group of people that you could work with. Don't waste your time or money with Final Grade. They left us with an ineffective product and demonstrated terrible customer service. Final Grade hydro seeded our yard in fall 2018, and no grass came up this spring (we were told we are 1 of 3 clients this happened to). Final Grade's hydro seed did not work, and they refused to honor the commitment they made to re-seed after their first attempt did not work, leaving us out nearly $2,000. The employee we worked with assured us it was the perfect time to hydro seed, and further confirmed that if grass did not come up in spring, then they
