And Ms. Stephanie and Ms Patricia who do the scheduling and lots more are a kick and always seem to have great energy.

Cool Air has taken good care of us for many years. Today, though, they really went above and beyond. Here it is, right before Memorial Day weekend; and our AC is struggling with 90 degree heat. I called to ask if anyone could come check our freon levels; and literally, within 5 minutes, Justin arrived to do just that. AND, he was wearing a mask! They are the BEST! Thanks y'all!

Last year we got a new AC unit installed in our restaurant by cool air as they recommended since previous unit was old and system
Was not big enough to cool down the restaurant. Since then we are having issues with the place being too hot.
They keep coming back to try to fix it but it still does not get any cooler each time they tell me system is working fine but why is it so hot here???
Kitchen is upset, front of the house is upset?? Why should I have to keep paying if you can not cool the place down?

My AC stopped cooling on a 113 Heat Index day. Since I am new to the area, I was not sure who to call. A quick email to a local family member directed me to Cool Air. I called not expecting to have someone come out that day, so I was surprised when Patricia told me someone would be out that afternoon. In about an hour Justin showed up at my door and quickly assessed the situation and id the capacitor as the culprit. It took about 15 minutes. Justin is amicable and polite and all around nice guy. His Boston accent is a plus!

As the powers that be have it, our AC had stopped working right as it was getting hotter than the Sierra on its hottest day! Called this company, as they were recommended to me through a friend of a friend, and it was probably the easiest and shortest phone call I could have possibly made! Long story short, one of their employees came out as scheduled and quickly fixed the issue. He was polite, quick, and most of all not sketchy (I say this bc my wife and two little ones were home by themselves when they fixed it and it's always a relief when a presentable person comes into your home). Nonetheless

I would give a negative star if allowed, I was looking up a phone number for another A/C business, and the phone number that was given online was obviously wrong. Because when I dialed it Cool Air answered, so I tried to explain to the lady why I asked for the other A/C place, she then screamed at me that it was Cool Air not the business I was looking for. So as far as professionalism goes you can throw that out the window. If she can't even be courteous on the phone I can only imagine what it would be like trying to business with them.
