Another call. Ed looked at it for 2 minutes, and agreed it needed replacing. I asked if they did A/C window units. Ed said they had one sitting on the shelf that someone did not want and would help them out if we bought it. I asked for a price and he got back to me with the price.
While Ed, the tech, was at the house he had dip pouring out of his mouth. He thinks that is fine to be in people's living room with dip pouring out of his mouth. 'You're in Montana' is his justification. Ed believes respect and manners in someone else's home doesn't exist in Montana

Burns Plumbing was hired by a well company to assist in a job at my house. The plumbing work was completed. Two weeks later my property manager noticed a leak in the spot they had worked on and called Burns to fix it. They came out and tightened the PVC pipe to the point that it cracked and did NOT do a pressure test at that time. The crack grew to the point that the pipe gave way and caused a huge leak in my basement with resulting damage. I have the cracked pipe with Burns' name on it and the testimony of another plumber and the drilling company owner that Burns is responsible, but
