I just moved into a 3 bedroom house and have to furnish most of the rooms. I have been visiting as many furniture stores as I can to get ideas and possibly become a customer if I see something I want and the price is right.
One of the main things that I've come to expect from a good furniture store is attentive and helpful customer service. My Family has been buying furniture from Halls for decades. Always quality furniture and friendly knowledgeable staff.
I trust them 100%. Had them deliver to my elderly fathers home. Felt comfortable not being there when it was delivered. That is huge to me.

In March I bought a love seat and 2 barrel chairs for my formal living room. Since it's the first room you see you when you enter the house I wanted it to be elegant yet comfortable. I ordered a rug online with a pure white background, lots of different color blues, grey, tan and gold. I had the chairs made in a light blue. They look beautiful with the rug. I am always happy with the service and delivery from Hall's.

We had been shopping recliners at the big box stores and on line and didn't see anything we liked enough to buy. I had done business with Halls in my distant past and remembered how good the service was so we stopped by. Jeff was very helpful and listened to what we were looking for and showed us a pair of recliners we really liked. They had them in stock and delivered them just a few days later. Really great experience. There's a reason they have been in business so long.

Went to purchase a recliner for my uncle. I was greeted quickly and friendly. The selection was amazing. I indicated what kind of recliner I was interested in, and they showed me several. There was no pressure in making a purchase. Plus, the recliner was in stock and available for pick up the next day. The day of pick up, they helped me load it. Super customer service!!! All items had price tags on them. The prices are great!! Very good quality. My uncle loves his new electric recliner.!!

For over 35 years I have been furniture buying at Halls. During that time I've purchased two couches and two recliners. I can't say enough good things about Taffy and Michael. They are both very helpful and knowledgeable and just give you lots of time to look but are there if you have questions. This isn't a fancy furniture store but their prices are very reasonable and they carry quality Furniture. If you see something you like but it's in the wrong fabric or color, they can usually order it for you. They are there to please and they have many customers like me that tell their

If you want great customer service and someone that will work with you and take the time to go through the fabrics, ask for Jeff. I recently purchased a couch that had to be a certain length and shape. He was so patient and helpful. So much more personable than one of the major furniture stores in Rancho Cordova. Very knowledgeable and truthful.

I've bought a few things at this store and every time I've dealt with Mike. He's always gone above and beyond to help and and give me the best options. Love the store itself too. It's VERY clean , set up well and has a lot of character to it. For years this is the only place I go for furniture/mattress. With the great experience I've always had I'll definitely be back

I am still not a happy customer and won't be returning to buy anything here. My husbands chair still isn't right!! It creaks like an old door that needs oiling it's just never been right and the only thing he would do after being here like 2 or 3 times oiling, spraying and powder on the springs. It's very sad to know they can't make it right when I see others here getting there's replaced he told me that he did all he could do he said if this last time didn't fix it we would have to invest in a higher priced chair ! We are on a limited budget we already paid

UPDATE 7/11/19: My Mom spoke with Michael this morning, and he invited her to come back in and choose a recliner to exchange to. He assured her that his goal was to always have a satisfied customer.
We visited Hall's in the afternoon, and my Mom spent a good hour trying out recliners and finally found one she liked. Taffy was VERY helpful, and spent the time making sure Mom found the right recliner and right fit. We were very pleased with the experience, typical of a trip to Hall's. There was no problem making the exchange, and the new recliner was delivered today.

My husband and I purchased our sofa and love seat here 20 years ago so it was a no brainer for me when I lost everything in a fire 3 months ago to come back here to replace everything. Best place ever to buy furniture. Even if they have the style you want but not the color no problem. They have a wall full of fabrics to choose from, and will help with which fabric type is better on which pieces of furniture.. It does take about six weeks. So patience is necessary. This is a family- owned store and has been in the family for many years. There is a sense of pride. Customer service is top-notch. I would never hesitate to recommend them to anyone I know. Their prices are compatible with those in the big stores.

Right now, five stars!!! We were in there yesterday, spent almost four hours picking out a reclining love seat and coffee table. No, the store isn't huge, we are just slow and indecisive. There was no pressure, we felt so comfortable taking our time. Taffy appeared to be the only person working and she handled several customers (at the same time) beautifully. We had planned to also go to Naturewood, but it wasn't our first choice due to the higher pressure from salespeople. Looking forward to receiving our special order stuff in six weeks and I'll update again then!

I got a real bad back and I was looking for a very comfortable chair to recline in . Well I found it at halls they have so many to choose from very happy with Jeff the sales man .
And really satisfied with the guys that delivered it they call and give you a heads up .

After you've read the rest of these reviews it's going to be hard for me to emphasize just how amazing this place is. It's going to be hard to tell you how refreshing it is to be able to shop in a zero pressure atmosphere where you feel completely comfy trying out every couch and every chair without getting glared at. It's going to be hard for me to tell you how comforting it is to have a family owned and operated business take personal responsibility for their product.
