Millers Heating and Cooling put in a new furnace and a/c in a couple of years ago and last night our heat went out. I called this morning about 10 a.m. and the lady I spoke to was very kind and concerned that we didn't have heat and said she was going to try to see if the guys could work us in but they had a pretty tight schedule. Mind you it's the day before Christmas eve so everybody is going to be taking time off. So the odds were not in my favor, but what do ya know I received a call a couple hours later that one of the guys could come check it out and he had it fixed within the hour. We have

These guys are horrible. I had a contract for a brand new unit with a set price then COVID hit and we were unable to have them install the unit. This week they came out to finally install and did a bait and switch on me and said they could not honor the original contract price along with them trying to put in a smaller less efficient unit like they originally quoted. I told the owner that was out here trying to rip me off to call the other owner that made the original deal to ask him to honor the price. The guy said he’ll be right back after he makes the phone call then drives off without telling

Do not trust these guys! They came out to do a full install and ended up trying to up charge me and pull a bait and switch. Then when I told them about not honoring their price they began to make up stories. Go somewhere else for AC work. Trust me you’ll thank me. Very unprofessional.

Most reliable and honest HVAC company I've every used. I was dreading the quote and whatever else may be wrong with my 1912 home. Ken, the owner of Miller & Sons came out personally, assess the damage in $$$ and today my air conditioning unit and coil was installed in less than 1/2 day and the installers were A+ on providing great customer service. I will certainly never use another company to service my HVAC needs. Thank you Ken, Timothy and the rest of the crew for an outstanding job.

These men were so friendly, knowledgeable, professional and so affordable. Had me fixed up in one short visit plus I live a little ways from they company and was no problem for them to out and help me. Called on a Friday right at closing and was here Monday morning to work very pleased 😁 wonder people to work with. Highly recommend
