Sunco Construction Company, Inc. will be facilitating a new home build for Lucas Grounds and his family. Lucas Grounds, is a Mooresville High School student who was in an accident December of last year, causing him to be paralyzed from the waste down and needs a home that is handicap accessible.

Met with Jason the end of July about building a custom home with plan to get quote Sept. 1, and have the house enclosed for winter. After numerous texts, calls, promises, I finally received the quote the end of October. The quote was over double my budget and $250,000-275,000 OVER quotes from other reputable builders. Total waste of time and energy! If it’s going to take that long for a ridiculous quote, I will take my business to an honest, professional and upfront builder. Totally disappointed!!
