I called to get quotes for several projects around my house. When they answered , they said they would have someone call to setup appointment. When that person finally called he said they were busy that day but could make around 4pm the next day. That was the last I heard from them, no call, no show. I guess they don't need my money.

Had board on board cedar fence with cap and crown installed this summer. There are no caps on any of the posts and one of the boards is split where it was attached to the post. The other issue i have noticed is posts 8 foot on center instead of 6 foot. So one of these Texas winds could easily topple the fence. That worries me.

Ron speed came out to do my quote. Last august he told me I had 2 layers of shingles on the roof shot me a price including me removing a layer by myself to save money. I then spent the next 8 months saving up and came up with the money I needed. I called him again this past month to have him get started. He came and measured my roof again and then threw out a price $2000 higher than what we had previously discussed. When I told him that wasn't right and told him I had the amount needed and no more he came back at me later that night with a number $50 below my budget but still $700 higher than the

Matt Ritchey was very helpful. A few of our shingles were off from storm. He came out and assessed our situation. He fixed it for free! I would recommend them. Very friendly. Very punctual. They absorbed my entire roof deductable so that was terrific. And best part was they did my entire roof replacement (two big structures) in only 1 day. Clean up was acceptable. Only issue was a slight delay/hassle in completing the final, depreciation check submission. A bit confusing on that part. But overall i was very pleased with the experience, job quality, etc.

In short, I chose Texoma Roofing to install a new roof after a hail storm claim. They were super friendly until they hit a water line in my attic. Then they became very distant and accused me of harassment for trying to contact them for answers to my questions. They would not file an insurance claim because they were "not responsible". Why even have insurance if not for accidents?
I took them to Arbitration and to be fair the Arbitration sided with them. However, it seemed to me a very salesman thing to be super friendly in sale then get out of dodge and not answer calls when there
