Proficient roofing came suggested from my realestate team and they were right. Juan worked diligently with myself and my insurance agency through the claims process, was able to confirm for AllState the repairs needed and even secured additional claims coverage for the decorative tin roof section. He got the repairs done to meet our planned closing date and his team worked around some pretty bad weather to make it happen. From roofing to gutters to fence staining - his team took care of it all. In my opinion - this is the only roofing company I will use moving forward.

Proficient roofing is a fantastic company to work with. They were very responsive with their communication and follow up. We had some roof and siding repairs done. Very easy to schedule inspection, details explained and quick response on the estimate. Chris was great with follow up and to schedule the necessary repairs. Work was completed in a timely fashion and I was provided pictures of all repairs. Highly recommend!

The company and all of the employees were very professional. They coordinated all the repairs we needed completed... roof, gutters, repairs on siding, and paint. It made getting all this done a breeze. They also took care of everything with our insurance company. The hardest thing we had to do was pick out the paint and write a check for the balance owed. Amazing work and wonderful people!

We just had an entire new roof including all new decking and gutters put on by Proficient Roofing. I had previously used them for two small repairs and was very pleased with their service. Our new roof is absolutely beautiful and done with the highest quality products and standards of installation. Juan worked closely with our insurance company who would not pre-approve the decking, so a gamble on our side, and due to his efforts the decking was fully covered. Absolutely wonderful company and I will be sure to refer them to anyone as well as use them for any personal needs in the future.

Angel Alvarez answered all our questions & worked with us and our insurance company. Proficient uses high-quality materials & we are very happy with our new roof. The subs that Angel used for our gutters, painting & windows were wonderful too. Angel made sure everything was protected before work began & even covered items in our attic for us. I couldn't be more pleased with the work that Proficient Roofing did on our home last week. Over the course of the bid and the project, I had a chance to interact with the owner (Juan), project manager (Candy), and crew chief (Eddy), and all of them were extraordinary.
