I'm not the type to even write reviews but I felt sharing my experience, especially for a service like this would be helpful to others. Let me first say, when I had the initial thoughts about renovating my kitchen and made a few calls to contractors in WNY, I almost started regretting my decision as half the companies I called seemed "too busy" to take the time to talk to me about my project before trying to throw me on a schedule, or just never called back. Creative Remodeling Services was our choice for our kitchen renovation
We wanted to expand our kitchen by doing away with our formal dining room and expand into that space, we went to Creative Remodeling Services to take on this project and we are glad we did.
Creative Remodeling Services came to our house, surveyed the kitchen then we met with them at their office to pick out cabinetry, counter tops, flooring, sinks, hardware, within two weeks they mapped out a plan along with computer generated graphics displaying all of the materials and cabinetry we pick out
The project was started and completed

Called them for design consult / estimate. Juggled schedule to accommodate their visit, then they call back just days before to cancel. No explanation, no reschedule, just cancel.
Make you feel unimportant because your job isn't a gold strike for them. What they aren't considering is what the opportunity may actually be, had they taken the time to see it, or the potential additional scope you may have added in, simply because they couldn't be professional enough to see the job before they assess it.
So be it.
Just know you may be made to feel the same way.

Creative Remodeling Services "redid" my bathroom, closet, and one end of my bedroom. Everything looks beautiful and the workmanship is great!!! Plus it was very nice working with everyone at CRS! Mike and Dave were great at the design and logistics; Brittney was wonderful with me and so helpful in so many ways (color, patterns, "what goes together"); Paul was great and skilled with his work and so helpful and nice as well; and Kenny was helpful any time I had a question or concern. I am loving my new "suite" of rooms!!!! Thank you CRS!!!!!

If you want QUALITY work done, this is the Company to hire. Never before have I had the owner of a company come to my home several times to check correct measurements, make sure everything I need is being done. The workmanship these men have is pure craft mans ability. Not enugh STARS to give this company. I am one happy, satisfied customer, and you can count on it, I will be hiring them to redo my bathroom. CALL THEM, you will not be sorry!

We contracted with Creative Remodeling Services for a large master bathroom remodel in Spring of 2017 and were 100% satisfied in every aspect of the project.
