Professionalism, expertise and excellent service by Tony. He made the entire process comfortable and a pleasant experience. 5 STARS to him. I highly recommend this company. Tony called me around 9 am and he arrived at my house at 9:30, begin work at 9:33. Tony was done with the garage by 10am. ( Replaced torsion springs) He calibrated the garage door and even lubricated the door runners. I would definitely recommend STI garage door services to all my friends and coworkers - great job Tony keep up the great work and thank you for your excellent services 👍👍👍

I am very happy that I went with STI for my garage door repair. Setting up an appointment was easy and reasonable considering the circumstances. They came out the very next morning to repair a broken torsion bar. Tony came out to do the repair and he was very punctual and professional. He explained several options to me to fix the problem I had. He came prepared and completed the job in one sitting. Usually garage door repairs are inconvenient and STI made this unfortunately needed repair process easy. I absolutely recommend using them..

Tony was amazing! We had a home inspection that mentioned our garage door so we called STI out. He showed us the inspection issue was fine and not an issue after all. Super honest and friendly company. He didn’t even charge a fee to come out since no work was needed. They will forever have our recommendation and business.

Tech arrived to diagnose a door problem. He literally knew what it was in around 10 seconds, and made the adjustment. I can tell when a company just wants to make as much money as possible, and when a company really wants to take care of customers and forge a relationship. STI is the latter. Definitely going to be a repeat customer when we replace our door.

Tony was very professional. Great working with everyone at STI. I filled my information online late on Sunday the night. Monday morning their office called me and scheduled the appointment for the same day. Office rep was very efficient and polite. Tony came home the same day for giving estimate. Guided me well to buy the right thing. Gave promotional fare and assurance of a good job. Wednesday technicians came and finished the work professionally. Explained to me every feature and answered all question very well. Helped me program both garage doors on keypad, in both cars and on the App patiently
