They added a dehumidifier in my crawl space and put down plastic vapor barrier as well as closing in my air vents. The humidity has dropped which has greatly improved my air quality in my entire house. They have come back several times to slowly decrease the humidity. This will make sure my house remains safe from warping as they bring it to normal ranges.
All this in addition to always being on call to address all my pest control issues. Their people are always available with advice and are so friendly!

Ridiculous:
The service technician arrived today to perform a Termite inspection. He was seemingly okay until I opened my garage. He seemed very aggressive and bothered that things were in the way of his ability to inspect. I advised no one advised me on anything regarding preparation for the inspection. He continued on stating I probably have Problems since the house hasn't been treated in sometime??? He said they, I gather the office personnel, should have told me what was needed prior to inspection. He kept going on about it's a liability of which I explained I fully understood/understand

They did a good job on my fire ants this spring. Told me I'd need an additional treatment eventually which is reasonable. Ants started coming back. I called and didn't get contacted. Tried again and was told the man would call me. Nothing. Tried again and nothing. So I've given up and gone with a different company.
I hope whatever troubles they are having that is precluding them from giving acceptable service gets better. They once did a good job and I hope they will again. But it will be with someone else.

Met my service rep David for the first time. He’s extremely knowledgeable and explained their services in a very detailed way. We came from another state where we did pest service and this company seems like a very good value for the coverage and attentiveness that they offer. Glad I went with them. If possible I would leave a Zero rating. Had the supervisor and a tech come out 3 weeks ago to set up contract. Tech came out today NO MASK. LEFT GATE OPEN SO I HAD TO CHASE MY DOG DOWN then says he can't spray because the cabinets were not emptied which we were not informed of. Would recommend not using them at all very inconsiderate techs with zero common sense. I will be taking care of the bugs on my own rather then deal with these people. I would suggest yo do this as well

This review should have been documented 9 months ago. I chose to give them the benefit of the doubt and that choice has cost me so far about $450 in Doctor bills, this is not even covering my disability of being house bound. Last summer into fall my husband called these people to come and see what was going on in the house. When the "bug specialist" aka salesman came, there was something not quite right about his diagnostic. He assured me that he could find 0 bugs although he found spiders in our garage. He promised to send a gentleman to our house that he described as very long time

Landlord had them come over to exterminate bed bugs in a small condo where I was a tenant. At first, the Clegg's exterminator didn't know how to handle contents and gave bad advice on application of diatamacous earth. Quoted very high heat treatment cost with lots of questionable add ons to make extra money (fumigate mattress, dog inspection). They came back and re-assessed. Failed to catch mites/fleas in carpet because they didn't ask enough questions. Supervisor was able to make a plan to handle cardboard boxes by fumigating outside in a plastic bag for a week and switched

The word "termite" is not one any homeowner wants to hear, but I got lucky because I decided to call Clegg's. Their inspector came out quickly, reviewed the situation, and helped me understand exactly what damage had been done, and how they were going to get rid of the termites. The crew that came out & did the treatment were friendly, professional, and FAST! I can't thank the Clegg's team enough... real Pros!

I've used Clegg's for eight years now and every year they get relaxed with scheduling appts prior to coming out to do the termite inspections. A few years ago, they started showing up because they were in the area. Most recently they do a drive by and leave a bill, without ever checking the crawl space or garage. I've requested many times that they make appts so that all areas can be checked when they do their annual checks. This year, I just got the bill. I called the manager and they are resending someone out to do a thorough check. Needless to say, I am a little concerned about

We've been with Cleggs' for almost 9 years and have always had great service. Techs have always been prompt (or else they call to see if later would work. They are friendly and efficient. It takes care of our bugs - only see dead ones laying on their back when we do see them. I do not like the recording that calls to tell me WHEN they will arrive, but I have requested to be taken off that system and my tech always calls and ASKS me when it would be ok to come.

Sometimes, I believe it might just be the customer. We have been working with Cleggs for at least 15 years and have ALWAYS had prompt, courteous and very thorough service. We have been so satisfied that we have renewed our contract even though we're moving out of state because we'd like to introduce them to our new owners.

We have been long time customers of Clegg's going on 8 years now. I remembered when gas prices started to go up and they added a "fuel surcharge" to my bill which I felt was inappropriate.
Lately, they refuse to come to spray my house past 5pm requiring one of us to leave work early so they can get the inside. They also don't so Saturday appointments.
As far as customer service goes I feel they do a poor job. Once when they said they would check for termites for free, the guy never showed up and when I called to complain they told me he had already been to my house and filed
