Whatever you do, DO NOT USE K&P! Landon , who took over his father, and his right hand, Chris are terrible at EVERY aspect of being a general contractor, except of course from selling you the project. As victims of Hurricane Harvey they completely took advantage of us. After seeing how much our insurance provider gave us, they took the $200k from the insurance as well as additional funds that we came out of pocket for. A project that was estimated to take 6-8 months took over 2 years (a new strip-center with a Kroger was built and
