Went Goedecke to get a Hunter-Douglas blind fixed. Planned to drop it off and when I got to the store, the owner assisted me and offered to see if it could be fixed while I waited. Said it might take 10 minutes. She comes back out with the fixed blind and said that since it broke again they upgraded the hardware. Service like this is normal for them but I still am impressed by it.

Steve, Chris and Herb did a fabulous job with my bathroom, these are the kind of professionals and experts that you can really rely on. The people their were easy to talk to. Seemed to understand exactly what we are looking for. Even though we seemed to walk in their with more questions then answers. They seemed to know it all. Very attentive to detail to help us out. They were amazing. So very knowledgeable staff. And thanks to them we have exactly what we want and needed.
