We have been in business for over 14 years, having started my career as a commercial kitchen designer, and worked on projects including Philadelphia Eagles Stadium, the Washington D.C. Convention Center, the Hay-Adams Hotel, the Madison Hotel, the United States Patent and Trade Office and the Kennedy Center Encore Cafe.
I honed my attention-to-detail and organizational skills on these large-scale projects. But my passion for creating and making others happy actually began in the kitchen. I am a gourmet chef and have worked under one of the most well-respected chefs in the country. That experience taught me how to balance tastes and not to be afraid to take a risk.I have a Bachelors degree from Cornell University's School of Hotel Administration where I focused on hospitality design and project management.
