Quick response for repair. Since the old unit was 23 years old we replaced. They were able to get that done in 2 days after the order. The thermostat was tricky because of lack of existing wires but they took care of that too.

Excellent service and very professional in all aspects. I highly recommend Gainey's Heating and Cooling to anyone looking for a new HVAC unit or a repair. I have switched to Gainey's from another company. I had Gainey's to install 2 new units in my home and could not be happier. The installers found a problems from when the duct work was installed in the house when built and Mike (the owner) came out and explained what was needed to fix it correctly. Do not hesitate and give Gainey's a call for all your HVAC needs.

Mike was excellent to work with. He always answered his cell phone and he always showed up when he said he would be there. Mike was especially good In dealing with my mother. He anticipated ways to make her feel more comfortable. He even thought of things that i had not even considered, such as having her write her check before they even got there so that she would not feel nervous writing in front of them. He also always made sure not to block her from being able to get in her garage. Just a simple thing like that was really helpful because she would have been upset if she could not park her car

They promised they could remove the old equipment & install the new equipment in a day and they kept there promise. We would recommend Gaineys Heating & Air to anyone that is looking for great service, very knowledgeable, & great value.

My heat pump was leaking Freon from the expansion valve. Instead of replacing it, Mike patched it..... for $550. Three weeks later, it's leaking Freon again... from the end of the expansion valve. They now replace the valve with a new one and charge $465. Over $1000 for the same problem twice, not even a month apart. They insist that this is a "different part" because it broke loose at the end instead of at the patched part. They charge you to cover up your real issue, then charge you later for more work when they should have replaced it the first time. Money hungry! Will never do
