Repair man had to come out twice and still we didn’t have a working door. Both times he was extremely inconsiderate and rude and after a second appointment the problem still wasn’t dealt with. Called another company and had great service and a working garage door in less than 1.5 hours. Take your business elsewhere.

This company was awesome. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Instead of booking me a week out they were able to see me the same day. They were professional, kind and they explained everything to me when they were fixing the issues. This company is a great example of why I love living in small town America. Absolutely great service !! We called at 5:30pm, Brian the on call tech was at our place immediately! He was extremely helpful and worked quickly to repair our overhead door. He got our door operable again with a additional advice on how to upgrade our door. We will definitely be doing future business with these guys !!

Let me just say, I rarely review anything, but this level of exceptional service is rare. I bought a door in 2000 and enjoyed great service then. Fast forward 2017, I re-order from them and all is great except for a weird glitch with my garage door opener. The whole thing could have gotten tricky or even ugly. Not with this company! They made it right, and handled it quickly. I was seriously impressed! Thank you Carol, Brian and team. I will tell everyone how amazing y'all are.
