I can't believe I accidentally went with this company for something after I had already given them a 1 star review. I had another 1 star experience with them.
Our boiler stopped working and I gave these guys a call. They came over on short notice and just pressed a reset switch (I swear the switch was basically hidden and could only be found by someone who knew exactly where to look). The company is based in my town and they were gone in less than 5 minutes but charged $80. What I found strange is they put their hard-to-remove stickers on my boiler and water heater (neither of which they

I had Pedro come by and install some copper plumbing for my pool. I'm very happy with his work. I will use them again and recommend them to all my friends and family. Ed was amazing. This company deserves more than 5 stars. I had a leaking sink drain/trap. He was at the house on a Saturday afternoon within 45 minutes and charged a very fair price. No other company could be bothered with the small job on a Saturday. Well, he's got my business from now on! Thank you again.

I highly recommend using them for your plumbing, heating or air conditioning needs. They installed an outstanding air conditioning system for me in the summer and removed the old one, their work is meticulous and they do the right job the first time. No second visits. Friendly, detailed, fairly priced and on time, what more could you ask for? They are also VERY clean, no mess left behind and when they come in the house, they always cover their shoes.

My 24 years old Peerless cast iron boiler quit on me, on a cold winter night (of course!)
I called the "Professional Service" brothers after rejecting an expensive replacement offer I got the same day, from Sears. The Sears salesman was a nice smooth talker, but he was definitely planning to take advantage of the emergency situation. Besides, I don't care much about fancy Powerpoint presentations, when I have a broken boiler and it's below freezing outside!
Far from having the same feeling with the "Professional" brothers!

I have collected so many plumbers' phone numbers over the years- going to delete them all ! This is the plumber you want to deal with. It's a family business with a solid reputation they want to maintain. The company is like no other - you call, someone calls back promptly and then arranges when to look over what needs to be done. If basic, the parts are usually on the truck and the job is completed in one visit. If something needs to be ordered, you are kept updated on when parts have arrived and a return visit can be made to do the job. You do pay for this quality service, but well
