Scheduled multiple appointments with them to which they never showed AND never called to tell me they would not be showing. They then lied to my property management about me being unresponsive and unavailable for them to survey my rental. I'm preparing my paper trail proving otherwise and forwarding to my management company in hopes that they take their business elsewhere.

I moved into a house in center city Philadelphia where the previous owners had used Beck family roofing to replace the roof. Within 2 years of replacing the roof there was a notable leak causing significant damage. I called to use their warranty. After chasing them around for months to get them to come honor their warranty I had to hire a different service to fix the issue. They not only cost me hours of effort calling (not to mention the owner yelled at me for requesting an appointment time) but money as the issue only got worse. I should have gone to a more reliable roofer the second I realized
