Services
All units are subject to a $10 setup fee. A security deposit of one month's rent is required. We generally rent units on a first come, first served basis, so we cannot guarantee that all or any sizes are available at any given time. Call the office to find out which units are currently available. We reserve the right to adjust unit prices at any time with or without prior notice.
Badger Self Storage offers stored property insurance to Renters. Insurance is relatively inexpensive - rates start at only $8 per month! Self Storage facilities do not insure your personal property, so it is very important that you protect your property by obtaining adequate insurance. How do you know if you need insurance?
Place boxes and items that need to be accessed frequently closer to the front of the unit. Draw a diagram of any complicated electronics setup so you know where to plug in each cable when you arrive at your new destination!. Use a mattress bag to protect your mattress from dust, soil or water during the moving and storage process.
Most items are allowed, including but not limited to: furniture, documents, vehicles and others. We do not permit Renters to store food, flammable items, tires, or any hazardous or illegal materials. Our security gates allow access 24 hours a day 7 days a week. You will be assigned a gate code after you sign your lease.
We understand that you may need to rent a unit or make a payment in the evening or on a weekend. With our 24-hour rental kiosk, you can rent a storage unit or make a payment during a time that is convenient for you! Using the kiosk is easy. Just bring your driver's license and an accepted form of payment (cash, credit card or debit card, ACH by business or personal check, no money orders).

7 good years and following this I regret giving them a cent....
My business rented a storage unit for about 7-8 years (Over $16k in rent!). Because I bought a larger building I no longer had a need for this space. We where scheduled to be out Nov 31 and we had 99.9% of our stuff out. The other .01 % we picked up the following morning at 8am and took it to Goodwill.
On Dec 1, we where told that we where auto charged another $200 for the complete month because their video cameras filmed us leaving that day.
WOW!! What a kick in the pants, much discussion followed with a terrible manage named Cate

A total waste of almost $1,800. I stored items here for over a year. Getting ready for a yard sale, I go into my unit (#258) and discovered that my items are covered with mold. A new Rubin's coffee table, covered with mold. All fabric items, moldy (even in bins), my Harley Davidson, leather covered with mold and the lowest parts of the bike have pitted and rusted. All boxes. Yes, items were stored off the floor on pallets, now all which are moldy too. Too many other items to mention. Ceiling rafters and boards water damaged and moldy. I tell a manager, start moving salvageable items
