We will schedule a free in-home appointment for a representative to accurately measure your shower opening to ensure a proper fit. I could not get this company to come out and measure for a shower enclosure or provide a quote. I gave up after calling several times over several months and visiting their showroom. Showroom staff told me they have no control over the estimator's schedule.

Two months later and two calls trying to get someone out to make a bid on two remodeled showers to add floating glass doors, no effort from this biz. I was told on the first call I would receive a call within 7 to 10 days to set up an appointment. Second call two weeks later), the person never took my name and stated they would text him right now to inform him (whoever that is) that I had called again. I am not going to beg to give you my money so I have moved on to the competitors who have been on time and prompt.
Very disappointed and more so that I have to give you one star.

We renovated our entire master bathroom. The last piece of our project was to select our shower glass and mirrors. We had an estimate given to us by The Shower Shop and one of their competitors. The Shower Shop was about 10% less. We were very happy with the glass and the installer was great.

I was very pleased with everything about this company. The owner came to my house and measured and was very nice. About a week later the installers came to my house and they were very nice and clean! They cleaned up so well after themselves. I chose to pay with a check(to prevent the 3% charge-no biggie!) My door is beautiful and I have had no problems with it! I would definitely recommend purchasing your shower door from The Shower Shop.

I went with The Shower Shop because they gave the lowest quote. I regretted that decision. I have never dealt with a more unprofessional company in my life. The owner is rude and unprofessional. She originally came out to measure for a frameless glass shower surround. She didn't know what she was doing so she had to send her installer on another day to measure. That meant I had to take off work another day to get a proper measurement. The installer then showed up to install the shower surround. The glass was cut wrong and they had the wrong fasteners. They had to pack up the materials and leave
