I got my BIG BOY car and taking her back home across the country so why not give an amazing review! Canceled my flight, packing up my 4Runner with whatever parents want me to take and then off and running to WA State. Always smiling getting in and out of the 4Runner! Amazing amazing staff from SCOTT “scooter” to our finical manager that handled everything on the table with a smile and friendly attitude!

Zach is a soft spoken salesman who didn’t put pressure on me and was able to get me into a used vehicle that met my safety requirements. That said, it took an awfully long time to get the deal done and get me into the car. I was at the dealership for over four hours. Overall the experience was good and I would recommend.

I absolutely love Wesley Chapel Toyota. I am now in my second vehicle from them and I couldn't be happier. The first time around we dealt with Jack however this time we dealt with Cesar Rondon our salesman, Scott one of the managers and David in the financial department. They were all fantastic and Cesar was determined to get us out of there in the vehicle we wanted. I would absolutely recommend this place the staff is always so friendly and helpful. This is mysecond vehicle and I plan to continue using them for all my vehicle needs in the future. Thank you all so much.

Made an online inquiry for a 2022 Tundra and I received a text message asking for a $500 refundable to be put on a waiting list, this is agreeable but then a few minutes later received another text from Paul Greene asking for a $10,000 NON REFUNDABLE deposit and asked me to text him my debit card number, so how is it possible that I get those two conflicting texts one after the other and asking for my debit card number by text.... 1. as a dealership you cannot keep a deposit legally as a deal is not done until it is on the other side of the curb 2. A credit card number sent by text leaves the customer

Kudos and High FIVES to Paul Greene for making the purchase at WC Toyota pleasant and awesome. Matt the person from finance was just as good. We were able to take home a 2022 Highlander Platnium AWD in our colors and as we required. More dealerships can take a lesson from this team as they were totally customer focused and welcoming! Although there were a few things I would have changed with the transparency during the beginning of the transaction everything with this team was great. Our Sales Rep Kelsey Nash was very professional and patient. We have always loved the Toyota brand and after a long hiatus from this brand this is just the beginning we will definitely be back.
