Buying at Tuscaloosa Ford was a fantastic experience, from start to finish. I found the truck I was looking for online and all negotiations were handled through text and email with the salesman (Ryan) and his manager (Jason). I was never pressured by either, and once an agreement was made on price & trade, they assured me that the vehicle I wanted would not be sold until I could get over to take a look at it in-person the next day. If you are looking to be treated with respect, greeted how a normal customer should be greeted while looking for a vehicle I HIGHLY recommend you DO NOT COME HERE!! I walk into the lobby wasn’t greeted by no one. Numerous attendants walked by me and my wife who seen us come in and wasn’t attended to. We had to ask someone were they willing to help us. Finally got customer service and it was horrible he was bitter and acted as if he really did not want to help me or my wife. I asked to speak with a manager and was told he is off duty for the day and would not be coming into work. There were

Worst experience with service! Service is never
superb.... I took my car in because the sync
module in my 2012 Ford Edge goes in and out. Of
course you have to pay a diagnostic fee to have a
test done on vehicle which was $180+. Only to
find out my car needs a new sync module for the
vehicle the cost 1600+ in order to get it replace
they require a deposit to pay for part which was
934.54 (understood). Paid the deposit on 11-4
here we are a month later no part no calls on
keeping us informed about the part... my husband
and I are constantly calling every week!! We decided to trade care

Unprofessional Service Department
I brought my 2020 Transit in for the 15K mile warranty service last Saturday (11-13-21).
The USB ports and the on/off switch for the rear ac/heat had stopped working, the Auto-stat squeals, and the car needed an oil change.
I dropped my car off at 8:30 AM. I called at 11:30 AM to see if the car was ready and was told that it was still being looked at. When I came back at closing time (2:00 PM) I was told that they didn't have the expertise to evaluate the the things I brought in for warranty work

I purchased a used truck at Ford and my salesman was Zack Dill. I HIGHLY recommend using Zack. Great experience! Jason Holmes was great to work with. The truck was a great price. My wife and I were in and out in a few hours. There were a few areas on the back of the truck where the paint needed to be touched up, Jason made it happen within a week at no charge.
