Just did our roof 3-17-20 though a sub contractor. Roof came out fine but they destroyed our gutters all the way around the house. Called and called text the sales man no one contacted us back to fix the problem. So I wouldn't hold them to any warranty if they let contractors tear things up and they dont fix it. We just had our shingle roof replaced. Promar was not the lowest bid. However, they were competitive with the other proposals from roofing companies. We needed aluminum gutters and marvin wood windows installed and several upgrades to the roof. As most folks know, the challenge is finding a company that does professional quality work and can do what they promise.

I must say I really appreciate this business and the kindness and straightforward approach they display toward their customers unlike some other larger home exterior companies that dominate the area. Luke was my rep and he was very honest, kind, and easy to reach throughout the entire process- from the initial quote appointment all the way through installation and completion. Any questions I had was promptly answered.

Called to set up an appointment for an estimate-( we needed our roof, windows, and insulation in our attic redone) and couldn't even set up an appointment. Man on the phone was rude told us they would only do replacing of roof and not on residential. They need better customer service and be specific on their website. Wouldn't recommend even calling them...
