All they did was pry off some shingles and reset with BULL 6mos. .... new roofer said that’s not the way to repair it. I watched the whole repair. BEWARE! Later same leaks

I would give them 10 stars if I could !! Best roofing company out there. Everything was great from the beginning, John was the project manager, we got the quote very fast, excellent price and he was always available for us to answer every question always polite and happy to help. We ended up getting a metal roof, the workers were fast clean and very professional. Linda at the office was great too. Overall the roof came out beautifully. We are so happy we chose them.

During the recent downpours, our Hurricane Andrew vintage roof started leaking into the master bath. I located where the leak was coming in through the roof between two sheets of plywood. We called Palm Roofing - Omar, their estimator, and I were on the roof checking it out the next day. We needed a stack replaced. Within a couple days, the two-man crew replaced the stack and patched the roof. No more leaks.

Called on a late Monday afternoon and they were out the next day to give me an estimate. John found the problem right away and gave me a great price to do the repair. Three days later it was fixed and the repair was test right away. That weekend, 9/12/20, there was a tropical depression over Florida which later turn into hurricane Sally when it hit the gulf. No leaks, thanks John.

After calling several companies and not being able to have anyone come give us an estimate for several weeks Palm Roofing came through. From initial contact with Omar at my residence, Linda at home office and roofing servicemen everyone was extremely pleasant and professional. I received a fair estimate in a few days, had work performed within a week and best of all water is not coming in my home anymore. I highly recommend this company since a few others let me down.

After 26 years and numerous spot repairs, I finally needed to replace my 516 sq. ft. patio flat roof. I also needed a 5' x 5' section of the main roof repaired ASAP due to a leak going into the house. I obtained 3 estimates, and Palm Roofing's bid was in the middle. I liked that they are in the South Dade area. The estimator, Jacob, was very helpful and his estimate of the price (including "worst case" scenarios) came very close to the actual end cost. I used Palm Roofing last year for a tear off and total re-roofing job on my house in Palmetto Bay and was EXTREMELY impressed with their professionalism. This roofing company has the best costumer service and prices by far. Reasonable price and excellent communication with the client. They work good and fast, picked up everything after themselves and when it comes to details this are the guys to call, all the roof eave that they repleced was painted the same color as the rest of them i am extremely satisfied with the work they've done. We just finished our new roof with palm roofing and are extremely pleased. Julio (the owner) and Erica (the office assistant) communicated with us at all times so we always knew what the status of the project was. The crew cleaned up after themselves everyday, to the point where it was better than at the beginning of the day. Julio was patient and answered all of our questions thoroughly. And, they have competitive pricing. They really made us comfortable perusing such a large, important project. I highly recommend palm roofing.
