The ArborTrue Skills Assessment Yard is located in Houston, TX at the ArborTrue headquarters. All of our crews and employees enjoy year round training and skills updating. Never used this company, mainly reviewing for anyone that will rent to them while they're out of state. This company has been up here in Ohio working for some time now. They've rented up about half the rooms in the local hotel. The workers do not care about anybody around them what so ever. They put tables outside their doors on the only sidewalk to use, taking up all the space. Leave trash all on the sidewalk, makes it look really gross. Real bait and switch type company, would not recommend. My initial treatment plan totaled $1,175, which included a deep root injection, that I noted had already been done by a different provider. There was an additional line item of direct injection for stimulating, defending, and treating beetles (note the picture below which included the tree diameters, 1 unit at $10/unit). I spoke with the office, was able to get the deep root injection line item taken off, and requoted at $367. I approved this amount and scheduled the service for two days later. Brad and his team were outstanding from start to finish. Extremely knowledgeable and I can honestly say that I learned more about trees in our short conversations than I ever knew before. Our two ashes needed extensive trimming and the trees came out looking great...not too much taken off and not too little. They know trees and it's very obvious that they love the work they do. I've waited a year to write this review and am happy to report that we're incredibly pleased with Arbor True! We're building a new home on a lot with 25+ trees and the company that did the clearing did significant damage to the root systems. We got several quotes and while ArborTrue was on the higher end, it was clear their expertise far surpassed their competitors. I'm so glad that we went with a more experienced company because ALL of the trees are doing great. In the end, we're saving a significant amount of money compared to what it would cost to remove trees

They were absolutely amazing, Brittany is very intelligent in her profession! Great service, good prices. Amazingly professional with every step of the process! I contacted ArborTrue in regard to 5 very large pecan trees in my yard that have a problem with tent worms every year. Brittany came out for the consult and immediately I was impressed with her extensive knowledge, not only about my trees, but about several other plants in my yard as well as the weeds in my grass. I've really enjoyed my experience with Brittany and ArborTrue. They are very professional and well educated arborists. Finding the right people to do a job correctly is so hard to find. I have used several Arborist and Tree Services only to have no results or crappy service. That when a friend told me about these guys. ArborTrue is really a great company, I took a chance and requested an arborist to come and see what they can do to help me with my lemon Tree. It hasn't been doing to well not producing much for lemons. Arbortrue sent out an arborist named Brittney that was so informative, she game me great insight on how to help keep my tree healthy, things I didn't know I could do to keep my soil healthy

We were very pleased with the entire ArborTrue team — Marcel, Sarah, Michelle, Alex, and the rest of the tree removal crew. Everyone was very courteous, responsive, cooperative, and professional. The crew removed a large oak in our back yard, and they worked carefully to take down the tree without risking damage to our house. They were not only careful but also efficient and tidy. In addition, we appreciated the follow-up call we received from Brad, the owner of the company, checking to be sure we were satisfied with the work.

I had a horrible experience with this company, late last year I originally wanted someone to come out and excavate the roots that were growing under the huge mulch pile that previous home owner had been placing at the base of the tree for years. It was discussed with an Arborist at my home that nutrients had to be put into the soil before they performed any "surgery" to the tree. I was told someone would follow up with me in a couple of months but that never happened. About 9 months later I followed up and they sent someone to my home for an estimate to finish where they left off...the Arborist

The bottlebrush tree pictured suffered severe frost damage during the winter of 2017-18. I contacted ArborTrue early Spring who dispatched Brittany Bates, Arborist to inspect my trees and recommend treatment.
Brittany dug right in (literally) and recommended a course of action.
Deep root feeding and fungal treatment were ordered followed by another feeding early Spring 2019. A picture could best illustrates the results . . . . wow!

We really appreciated all the work ArborTrue has done for us so far (we intend to have them help with improving the quality of our lawn in the spring). They performed tree trimming at our house in order to satisfy a request from our home owners insurance company.
