Studios on Sisson is the younger sibling of Steckel Homes, a custom home construction company. We were born out of a need to incorporate reclaimed materials into our building projects. Most shops didn't want to mess with our old, salvaged lumber. We have over 50 years of combined experience making a customer's dream turn into reality.

Description: The focal point of Woodberry Kitchen's renovation was a massive, deep blue booth unit. The backs of the seats, wall caps, and trim are salvaged heart pine. We upholstered custom cushions for the seats as well. In another alcove of the restaurant, we built a similar unit with upholstered seating and a feature wall with painted shiplap.
Description: The scope of this project involved nearly all common areas of apartment complex Remington Row. In front of the building, we built gabion benches with stone bases and reclaimed oak beams. We applied reclaimed wood siding to the exterior canopies and suspended ceiling panels in the lobby.
