I needed a plumber to install a plumbing access door and replace a faucet in my guest shower. I called McLaughlin because of their location and great reviews. I was not disappointed. They first came out to give me an estimate. We set an appointment and they arrived on time, were very efficient and their work was high quality. I was satisfied in all respects. Should I have a plumbing issue in the future, I will call McLaughlin.

Joe and Terry at Mclaughlin Plumbing were excellent; they arrived quickly and fixed my cracked pipe issue even quicker. I would recommend them to anyone, and it's a plus that they are a local business here in Newton. Even the office staff (Dawn) was friendly and professional as well. I would call them again anytime I needed plumbing assistance.

The men showed up on time and did a great job of rerouting an underground supply line. As an old retired maintenance man, I was impressed with their skill. I am a disabled veteran and can't get into those places where the plumbing is. McLaughlin Plumbing is my preferred company. God Bless.

This was around a year or so ago and just never got around to leaving a review. I called about our water heater going out and stated I wanted to go to a tankless unit. He gave me a few options over the phone, came up with a game plan and scheduled the appointment. His guys showed up, tore the entire old system out and left us with an awesome new system. Even told us that the parts supplier ordered the wrong unit (A much bigger, nicer, and more expensive unit) but the quote he told me would be honored. I got a unit worth a few hundred dollars more and he didn't try to change the price and screw

Joe was super awesome. Came out, identified our problems quickly. We made the decision to go ahead and replace our hot water heater and he offered to do it immediately without having to reschedule. It was completed quickly and professionally with no stress. I will definitely call this company again with any future plumbing issues!

The guys do absolutely amazing work! They were prompt and didn't stop until the job was completed! They redid my whole plumbing in a timely manner! The pricing was honest and fair! They even found little minor issues that they took care of and didn't charge me for it! It's great to see honest people in these days and times and also to see someone who loves and takes pride in their work! Thank you so much! Mclaughlin Plumbing Inc. Is the real deal! These guys are amazing, reliable, dependable, courteous & super funny! All joking aside...these guys know what they are doing, very skilled & knowledgable in their profession. They came to my home to check/advise/winter proof & do some repairs. The guys checked over everything & explained everything to me so I could understand what was wrong & what was being done to correct the issues. They made all repairs & they charge very reasonably.
