Wow!! Local company with the old Bakersfield feel. We used to be a small town and friend and neighbors came first. Now everyone is about money. Not this shop. These guys do a great job. I had a difficult lock problem and they dealt with the manufacturer got me a new lock. Two trips out cost me 80.00 bucks. Cant beat them!

Eric, the owner of LOCKDOC services has always been there when I have needed his services. I should give this place negative stars for their inability to follow directions and their theft. They were hired to rekey a home I purchased. We replaced the existing locks before they showed up. This company rep opened drawers in my home looking for the old locks, which they took. Now, one week later calls go unanswered. In addition, they rekeyed to the wrong key, and have yet to mail back our own key. Crooks.
