We have used All Secure twice now. Once with our office and now with rekeying our new home. Both times they made it super easy, quick and with great customer service! Thank you all so much!

I spoke with Jordan this morning and he was able to get me a same day appointment for rekeying! He was also very clear with the service and cost. Jordan and my technician Spencer communicated with me before their arrival. When Spencer arrived he was very kind and worked without delay. My locks and key turned out great. I recently managed to lock the door to the bathroom in the house where we were staying. The lock can only be operated from the inside the bathroom. We tried unlocking the door through a little hole next to the handle, but could not find a screwdriver or knife of the right tiny size. We took the pins out of the hinges to try to take the door off, but this did not work either because the door wouldn't budge. After this, I gave up and phoned a locksmith. On 10/23/2020 I had a set of car keys made here for an older Honda. The guys in the shop are great, which is where the 1 star comes from. I had 2 keys made, one for the car door and 1 for the ignition. The car was stranded at the airport. When we tried to use the door key on the car, it unlocked the door but it jammed and wouldn't come out of the car door. We figured we'd drive to the All Secure with the key in the door so they could help. Unfortunately the ignition key they made also did not work. I recently needed them again as my husband lost his car keys. They were terrific. Able to get a new key and remote setup and working in about 20 minutes. The staff were friendly and the price was reasonable too.

My 78 year-old neighbor came over Sunday night at 8 p.m. and said a bag with his keys in it had been stolen at the Rockies game. I needed a lock for my storage shed. This company should get 10 stars! They came out and installed a good lock, but I noticed the door didn't close flush. They worked with me to solve the problem in a timely and professional manner and solved the problem! Everyone I spoke with was very nice, appointments were confirmed and the person who came out called ahead so I knew when he would be there- great choice, ONLY choice if you need any of their services!!

My wife and I needed a spare laser cut key with the programmed chip for our car. "All Secure Lock and Security" cut and programmed one quickly and for less than we would have to pay at a dealership. And we didn't have to drive to, and deal with, the dealership.

I just had the worst experience I've ever had with any company ever. I was promised the locksmith would come out to replace my locks by 9:00 a.m. I was told I would have to pay for the lock plus installation of $30. Period. No other costs were quoted. When the technician arrived, he said I would have to pay an additional service fee of $60. Bait and switch. Then, the technician went in his van for two hours and never came back. I searched the internet and this company has a long and outstanding BBB history! Their customer engagement process is top notch! You receive an email with your appointment details and a photo and the name of the lock technician coming to your home - BRILLIANT and SECURE! The technicians are showered, don't smell like booze or cigarets, professional, knowledgeable, friendly and you feel safe with them in your home!

Fantastic service! Hubs and I recently moved into our first Home and called just before New Years to have the front door rekeyed. The person who answered was super friendly, trying his best to get us in on the earliest possible day. Two days later (the day after the holiday), Philip came out at the time quoted - who does that anymore!! He was quick and friendly.

These guys are lifesavers! My car was broken into and I thought they had broken something off in my ignition in an attempt to steal my car since my key would only go halfway in. The dealership quoted me $500 saying they would have to replace my entire ignition, so I looked into other options, and wanted a second opinion. They looked at my ignition and said that there was luckily nothing stuck inside of it, it had just somehow been jammed in the second position. They fixed it, made me a spare valet key and had me on my way in about 20 min, and charged me 25$. They were very personable, knowledgeable

Called this morning about 7:30 after being locked out of my house. The locksmith arrived within 10 minutes and had the door open in just a couple of minutes. The price was so much less than I expected. Great service from both the office and the technician.
