Working with Jason is like working with Jekyll and Hyde. Jekyll Jason shows up early, is in a great mood, has great ideas and responds promptly that he is going to take care of EVERYTHING! Then Hyde Jason never follows through, doesn't finish the job, never comes back to replace dead plants or to do anything he promised. Then Jekell Jason tells you about all of the reasons/excuses that things aren't getting done, makes it sound like he is going to take care of everything and then changes the subject and asks if you like wine and follows up giving you a bottle of wine. Then Hyde Jason never follows

Half the job was done as an interim solution the first week of snow. After that we had a verbal agreement that work will be done after winter and snow melted. He did not do the first part of work himself but used a friend's teenage sons. Then got full payment out of us saying that one of his workers and friends have urgent medical bills to pay after an injury. We fell for it. That was on us. Our mistake falling for it and also our mistake for not asking for a detailed invoice and receipt. He is too busy to come back and complete the job. We are moving on to another company. Don't make the same
