Best dealership I've ever been to! Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. I worked with Aja and she was an outstanding saleswoman who made sure the van was clean and ready for me upon my arrival. I bought a truck and have only been able to use it one time, as it hasn't started since. The battery terminals appear very corroded, and who knows what else is wrong. I paid 20k for this truck and now I have to bring my mechanic in to fix it, yay Naples Auto!

There's an older woman that works there that uses a very unwelcoming tone when on the phone. It felt as if she was rushing me off the phone & it even sounded like she did not want to help me. She was very short with me. Lacks customer service skills. When you call it's astonishing and then when you actually go in and meet with her, it's down right appalling. A friendly welcome, a smile or a thank you would have given you a couple more stars. Maybe.
