Daron, his son and employees are just the best. They ALWAYS show up and/or follow through when they say they will. They do excellent work. Daron made everything clear to me as to what they would do, when they would do it and how much it would cost.
They replaced a rotten post under my snow roof and updated my kitchen. The communication, as well as the work, was first class.
I highly recommend these guys.

We have been looking for a custom builder and we cant say enough about the depth of knowledge, attention to detail and ability to hit a deadline that we found when we hired DTR.! We are located in the Texas area and making to big move to cooler weather. Daron Rarden saved us several thousand dollars after we started with another contractor in the area who sent us down the incorrect path when it came to city code and procedures. The pre-construction meeting with Daron and his team was worth every penny! Daron told us there was a problem with every new build and it was his job to discover it early

I am so thankful I found Daron when I was searching for a contractor to build an outdoor entertaining area that included a hot tub and fire pit. He took my basic idea and turned into something exceptional. He had a vision for the space that far exceeded our expectations and we couldn't be happier with his work. We set a budget and came very close to meeting it, just some materials were over budget. I can't recommend Daron enough and am already thinking of other projects I can hire him to work on for us.

Daron and his crew are what you want in a contractor. It's just as simple as that.
They've worked with me now for nearly a year, first for a deck/remodel on the east side of the pass and then, after they finished that, we hired them again for a kitchen/bath remodel in Seattle.
Their work is A+, they show up when they say they will, his billing is completely transparent and he knows how to use a cell phone! Phone, email, txt, most contractors don't seem to think communication is important. You call, Daron answers! You txt, he txts back. Not the next day, usually immediately

My wife and I have a home in Snohomish where we have completed three major remodels. Daron worked on all three of those remodels, as DTR on the second and third. The first remodel, conducted immediately after we purchased the home in 1996, added three bedrooms, a full bathroom, TV room, work-out room and home office to the unfinished basement. This work was done through an architect who recommended the general contractor for whom Daron worked. This was a $75K project.

Daron and DTR Construction have done our bathroom remodel, kitchen remodel, and even built us an amazing fence and new front porch. His work is the definition of quality craftsmanship. He is all about the personal customer relationship & satisfaction and always made us feel like we were informed and part of the project without us having to stress about the details - especially when the bathroom remodel was the result of a flood and there was an insurance claim involved - ugh. Our house was built in 1941 so nothing is really 'square' anymore but he took the time to ensure everything
