Called for an annual service call as furnace likes to blow cold air on a random annual basis. Scheduled service call a few days in advance as it wasn't an emergency, relatively quick considering a holiday weekend. Technician was on time between the time frame given. Completed the service call in a reasonable amount of time. Technician explained to me what was going on and cause of issue. Technician made repair and adjustments. Affordable as well. A1 service and thank you Southern Lakes. Highly recommend!

I am so very pleased with Southern Lakes. Greg the Technician was wonderful. My hot water heater went out and was not worth repairing. With in a matter of a couple hours, they had Greg over and he had a new water heater installed! Your customer service is excellent and I would highly recommend Southern lakes! Thank you for making this such an easy fix.

Southern Lakes Plumbing and Heating installed an Aprilaire humidifier and did some other repairs, replaced a saddle valve with a much better valve and wired the humidifier to work from our thermostat. Robert Steele the technician did a great job and did it in a very professional manner and was very courteous to answer a few of my dumb questions. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that needs plumbing or heating. We had them in the past for other projects and they always did good work.
