I reached out to this business for a quote on some foundation work. They called me after viewing for a few questions and said they would send the quote right over. That was roughly 4 months ago! I have called 3 times since. Talked to a person once and left a message the other two times. No call back and still no quote. It’s fine if they cannot do the work or do not want to take on the work. But just have the decency to let the customer know in a timely manner. It’s very unprofessional to not even return a call.

Failed to follow drawing layout or their quote. Did what they felt they wanted to do and touted his 'experience'. Would show up for a couple hours at most, tear apart work site, not finish, then not show up for days unless you call them to find out why they stopped or what is going on. Only 2/3 of the work done, and they complained the whole time, yet verbally demanded more money than they asked for in their quote. Made no allowances for adjoining properties and used adjoining properties to travel through or work from (adjoining land owners were not happy). Threats and curses by them, left work
