We removed the shingles and all dormer windows on this Raleigh, NC apartment clubhouse. We framed and installed sheathing where dormer windows were removed; then installed new GAF HDZ architectural shingles. We converted an existing indoor pool into a new gym at this Raleigh, NC apartment. We filled existing pool with dirt/gravel and compacted.

We procured Daniel Brothers to complete our kitchen remodel. It took a little longer than we wanted it to, this was partially our own fault for picking kitchen hood that was hard to obtain, but Jacob and Slade did whatever was necessary to make the project right. I would definitely use them again for a future remodel due to their quality of work.

Worked with Daniel Construction several times now. There great and easy to work with. Very knowledgeable about the field and also provided me with eduction about the process. Informed me that the work being done should be explored with the possibility of submitting an insurance claim. I did, and they essentially saved me thousands of out of pocket expenses. Daniel Brothers was great to work with. We had old poly pipes burst and they worked with us to re-plumb entire house. They remodeled our main bathroom as well as repair crawlspace issues. They did it all. Not only was it quality work, they were very professional. What I loved most was their communication. Any question or concern, day or night, they ALWAYS responded quickly. We will definitely call them with future projects.

Daniel Brothers did an INCREDIBLE job on our home remodel project and my family & I could not be more pleased. What we were quoted at as a 3 day project has turned into more than a two week affair. And not because any issues have come up with our project, it was as cut and dry as could be, it's because Bryce Daniels and… his team have not shown up to do finish this project and refused to communicate issues on their side. We allowed them to park their trailer on our lawn under the assumption it would be there for a couple days as they finished the project, we are more than two weeks in and though the project is finished (after having to text and call almost every day for a week to get any information

Daniel Brothers Inc. was a pleasure to work with. I called for a free inspection of my roof after the recent hailstorm. Bryce showed up and did a thorough assessment of our roof and explained in detail how the insurance process would go. He dealt with insurance and got our roof replaced and it looks great. Best of all we were able to have our roof that would have costed us over 10k to replace for only 1K insurance deductible. I referred them to neighbors also and they have had the same positive experience. Highly recommended this local, family-owned business!
