Our 1955 LARGE oak tree finally got to the point where it needed to be removed due to excessive rotting, along with the stump being ground down. At the same time, we had Good's trim up a second much younger, but still large Oak tree. Our neighbor also had their Oak removed and a Pear tree pruned, so the Good's Tree crews were in our neighborhood for most of a week. I contacted this company for advice about spotted lantern flies because I just started noticing them this year I am on a fixed income and just was seeking advice on a way to slow them down because I can’t afford to do it professionally however when I called a nice young lady named Mya answered the phone I explained my issues to her about these pests she was very knowledgeable and helped me out a great deal she did well explaining options that I had and was very kind and patient she was also very professional. Could not ask for a better team !!! Alex and Noah were easy to work with (listened to our concerns,educated us) professional(had great safety equiptment/practices),communicated well with each other and hard working. Alex was VERY PARTICULAR in choosing limbs to clip so trees/bushes were pruned/trimmed attractively. Noah took great care in the clean up of our yard. as if it were his own. We had a large tree removed and another large tree pruned significantly and stabilized. They also removed the stump. Staff from the original estimate through the completion of the work were outstanding. Estimated timelines were met and communication throughout the process was perfect. The work was done with care and very efficiently. They were very specific regarding the work and options to consider which we appreciated. Highly recommended.

I wish could give them no stars. They came out, seemed like exactly what I wanted and all seemed fine. They was told they'd get my quote to me in a few days. A week later, I called for the quote. I got the run around. A few days later they sent someone over to measure for a crane. A week after that I called for the quote. Nothing. Needless to say, they don't seem to want my business. That's ok by me.

I called for an estimate 2 weeks ago. The guy came out, took 2 minutes and then left saying he would email me my estimate. I don't even think he looked at the trees!! Well, here we are, two weeks later and no estimate. I called last tuesday (6 days after he was out to "look" at the trees) and the receptionist said she would call him to ask about my estimate because it wasn't in the system yet. But, as of today, 13 days later, I still have no estimate, and I called again today and she said the same thing. I told her I had called last week and she told me I would have an estimate
