Jennifer Greathouse review was denied by the Better Business Bureau whom showed that SERVPRO of East Ft. Worth was not negligent and arbitration found in favor of SERVPRO of East Ft. Worth in which Mrs. Greathouse was required to pay for work performed. The Better Business Bureau of Fort Worth continues to show SERVPRO of East Ft. Worth with an A+ rating.

Do not trust them with you property. In October my insurance company hired this company to come to my house following a storm to secure my house and begin the water extraction process. During the storm a large tree fell through my house and my husband and his associate immediately made the best temporary patch to many holes in the roof in the rain and hail while we waited for Servpro to arrive. They arrived quickly and started setting fans. They made no offers to help with any debris removal (tree in my house, insulation etc) so I continued to do all the cleaning. They decided they weren't ready
