I use Nissan of Boone NC for all of my vehicle work and maintenance, so not my only visit. I have been very happy with everything until my most recent visit. Initially, I was told that it would take about half a day. Took my truck in the day before, for convenience. I got a call to approve the work at 3:30ish (friday). I didn’t get to the call in time but called right back. Couldn’t reach anyone but left a message, they didn’t call back, so I went to the dealership in person. I was told the work wasn’t done because they had to wait on a part, after being told they had the part in stock

I was in the area and wanted to physically look over the new 2022 Frontier. As soon as parked Salesman Michael Townsend walked out and met me outside of the dealership. There was a very nice Frontier on the showroom floor. Had it had the upgraded options, I would have taken it off his hands. Michael was very courteous, patient and knowledgeable.

Easily one of my most resented places I’ve ever been to. Frustration to say the least, and constantly being ripped off by incompetent mechanics. Wanted to charge me over 1100 for a light assembly. Got a cv axel replacement and fixed my light for cheaper from an independent shop.
NEVER go to this place. Patrick is the only guy there who cares about anything other than $. I’d give this place negative stars if I could.

The first person to answer the phone when I called told me they don't offer a shuttle service even though the last 2 oil changes I had done someone brought me back to my job 4 minutes up the road. The guy sounded half asleep and even less interested in helping me. Then when paying the total came to $74 this was the first time since buying my truck at this location that I was charged. When asked if I get the coupons mailed to me I said yes and forgot to put them in my purse. I asked if he could honor the coupon pricing for me and again I was told NO.

We bought a used 2011 Jeep Compass from Chad Estep. Our experience was excellent. Chad was not pushy and went above and beyond. He stayed almost an hour late so we could come pick up the vehicle. About 1 month after purchase, Chad called and said that they had a record of a check engine light that they had not addressed. He also said that he had found a spare key for the vehicle. The following week, the problem was fixed free of charge. Patrick in service was professional and fast.

Get customer service. We drove here from Tennessee and went there to buy a truck and they worked with us every step of the way. They went above and beyond any other dealership had gone before for our business and Matt and Michael are just good people helping others. Lastly we had our 4 yr old son with us and being a kid he wanted to see everything and everyone was polite and joked around with him and us about him being so interested in it all. Overall very satisfied and will recommend them.

Stopped in after lunch to just browse, honestly had no intention of purchasing a car. I mean, this Autostar Nissan dealership and service center is definitely deserving of a 5 star rating for what it means for a car spot. I have no problem coming here to this location, as I do another one in Charleston. The employees are courteous, kind, and quick to respond and complete service work, and they never try to up-sell me with needless stuff. Somehow, every time I go to another Nissan in SC, they try their hardest to bamboozle me and say I need to spend $400-$800 for the safety of my car (fake!) but when I come to Autostar in Boone, they are always honest and my bill is never more than

I love this Nissan. I bought a 2019 Armada from them. My sales associate was Madison she was fairly new, but she was a class act! I had Inquired about this Nissan Frontier a week ago and talked with Laura about the pricing of the truck. We could not come close to a suitable price for me. Then today Sept 6 at 12:02 pm she texted me
