Contacted “All About Locks” per a referral from Coastal Realty as I was preparing my home to be listed.
Was unable to lock/unlock front door….was very impressed with the company’s professionalism beginning with the initial phone call…Kim was friendly, courteous, and thoroughly answered my many question!

I called with a lock problem, they asked me to mail them a picture of the lock and they called back and walked me through the fix over the phone! This was the first time I had called them and they asked me to send a pic so maybe I could avoid a service call. All About Locks will be the only locksmith I’ll use - very good business.

I bought new front door hardware for my house, and, as I have used All About Locks for my business, asked them to come out and fit it. The communication was fantastic, so I knew almost to the minute when Dev, the locksmith, would arrive. He did an excellent job in very short time and the charge was very reasonable. I would thoroughly recommend them.
